My blackberry boots and when it comes the white screen and doesn't starts.
i kept for 3 hours no response ....

what should i do now and thanks in advance :D

Rule out software first, going so far as to reinstall the OS if necessary. If it is an all white screen without any error message, that likely won't fix it, but you need to confirm.

Then see http://www.blackberryforums.com/blac...ml#post1755657 and see what you think. Take it for what it's worth and give it a try, or not.

EDIT: I just realized that example is likely for a different model. Perhaps the same general idea may apply.

What did you you do to the device just before this happened the first time? Did you drop it or get it wet?

well .. i installed netqin antivirus and bb forum ..application from app world
and then it needed a restart ...
and then no answer ...
it gets stuck in the white screen ...

Maybe it is just corrupted software. Try reloading the OS. If necessary, wipe first (see blackberryfaq.com re JL_CMDER) and then install the OS.

how can i wipe ...i mean what should i do ..?

i installed the software
and i have desktop software ....

i have to connect it to the pc using usb connector
and then start the j software
and then using the command right
so in which situation i will connect the bb
in booting mode or in white screen mode ?

By the way, you really do not need an antivirus software on your BB. There are no known viruses that affect the BB.
