Hey guys,
Here is the pre-story about what happened with my phone. It's kinda pathetic. The phone was originally for Verizon, got unlocked for at&t. Everything worked except the internet browser. I couldnt get any apps either.
I found a Thread in this forum about how to fix that problem. I had to download a few things, and then I followed the steps that it was telling me on there. For your information, it was the "Unlocked Storm on AT&T or T-Mobile" thread

I was on the App Loader and clicked "add", then i went into the folder with the name of my OS version (the one that entails the Java Folder), and added "browser.axl" -- after that, everything went bad. the blackberry rebooted, and ever since I can not use it because it just gives me error message after error message. also, there display only shows a white background and plain black text. it basically looks like just a .txt file now and i can not click anything.

I have tried taking out the battery and putting it back in, I have also tried to remove the "browser.axl" file but it wont let me remove it either.

Please help me!

Wipe with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ) and then reload the OS (see the sticky at the top of the 9500 section.

also, one more question,
the DM wont run on my computer for some reason. because of that i always go to program files> common files> research in motion> app loader in order to use the apploader. but if i click RIMDeviceManager, it won't open. do you have a solution for that as well?
