Default still no way to disable touchscreen during calls?

Please Login to Remove!

My cheeks cause mutedness, my ear disconnects calls, so just checking if there's a way to disable during a phone call? Thanks!!

It should shut off when on calls by default.

It does, the screen goes black and touch function are disabled.

So if mine doesn't shut off/go black, what should I be looking for in my tools or options or settings?

If it's not going off, I would lean towards it being a hardware problem with the sensor. I would take the device to a Verizon store and get it looked at.
