Well, I am totally disgusted with Verizon! I got the replacement phone and guess what....it's the old screen pad that doesn't work properly. I called them and stated that I wanted a NEW phone because they can't guarantee a different replacement will be the new one. They won't give me a brand new one...I don't get it. I told them that they can stick it up their $$$$$. I will definitely be leaving Verizon when my contract is up!
