I have a Pearl 8100 which has worked faithfully for some time. It now refuses to sync anything with the BES unless it is unlocked. I've searched and searched and can find no one else with this issue.

Has anyone come across this before?

I have been in touch with the BES admin and our network carrier and neither are familiar with this issue.
