Let me approach it this way. Does anyone know of an alarm app that would allow me to easily set an incremental alarm on my phone. Easily is the key word here, the whole point of this exercise is to reduce stress and quit smoking.
From what I've read, getting out of the habit of lighting one whenever you want is the first step to quitting and many recommend setting an alarm for an hour(for example) and incrementing it slightly (the next alarm may be set for 1 hour and 5 minutes, etc...) each time you have a cigarette.
Any help and/or feedback is greatly appreciated.
