hi is there any free blackberry 8800/8820/8830 memeory cleaner? it always lags and i have to pull batery thank you

What about just using the built in app under Options>Security Options>Memory Cleaning?

That is for security purposes, it clears the active RAM/Keystores from memory, in case someone was to take apart your BB and physically access the memory.
