I upgraded and am sorry now. I'm having lots of problems. My BB Browser is missing now and I cannot connect to the internet with Opera 3.1. My controls on Video no longer work as well. I'm trying to restore my OS on my Pearl and not having any luck.

I noticed that there is a show all option checked when you pull up the menu to move icons. Nothing else new so far, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for connecting to my TomTom ONE.

I have a Pearl through my company and last time I upgraded the OS I lost my connection to the Enterprise server and had to have IT reestablish for me. If I backup and restore, will it prevent that? They will start asking questions if I keep losing my connection to Enterprise and all I have to say is "I have no idea what happened!"

Just upgraded and everything appears to work except for Yahoo2Go and Google Maps. They both crash with a controlled access exception error. I did some searching and found that it might have something to do with being on a BES. Not sure if others are seeing this issue.

I don't use Yahoo! but Google Maps works fine for me. I loaded it fresh, though.

You need to go to Options >Advanced Options >Host Routing Table >click the menu key and select "Register Now" to get your Browser back.

Then go to Options >Advanced Options >TCP and re enter your APN settings. Then Opera will work.

Still happening. I searched and I found that it may have something to do with the security permissions under interactions for keystroke injection and/or browser filters. I have them both as deny and I can't change them. May be because of BES policy.

Thanks John but I went back to my OS from T-Mobile. This new OS needs some work.

Wirelessly posted (BB 8860: BlackBerry8100/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Working great on my TMo 8100. No issues. Seems like a good stable OS to me.
