What I would do is call Nextel and have them refresh the devices on you account that should work. If not let us know.

Hope that helps!

Cool, glad it worked for you. It took me 2 hours on the phone with them before they finally came to that solution.

Cool

nice... I spent two hours on the phone with them, and they DIDN'T solve it.... guess I'll try this, and see if it helps.

Another error I've been getting is "Error: Web page was outdated and has been updated." Anybody got any ideas on this one?

It happens most notably when I go to bb.magmic.com, then select the link for more.

Thanks ahead!

I get that error too...I'll call about that next! LOL

They also gave me another "solution"....hold down the half-moon key & type LGLG, it brings up the event log, click the scrollwheel & select clear log, that helps too....

Did anyone get a resolution to the Web page outdated and has been updated issue? This happens on every site with multiple pages that I try to access. I scroll down the first page, click More at the bottom of the screen and I get the error message. I click Accept and it reloads page one again.

Any help would be appreciated!

Randy,
What works for me is a reset. Hold down the half-moon key, the CAP key & the DEL key, it will reset, LMK if that works.

I tried that on my 7290 and I still get the error. Does anyone know if this is more of a Cingular/AT&T provider thing?

I get this error on a Cingular 7100g. Has anyone discovered a fix? I just tried calling Cingular but didn't have the stomach to go through their inane, scripted "troubleshooting" so early in the morning. I'd be grateful for an explanation of the problem, if not a solution.

Cheers,

PJP
