Have any of you guys installed the Bloomberg MDS software ??
I am haveing conncetivity issues ???
Any help appreciated.

I have this running .. did you setup your MDS service with all the infor provided by Bloomberg? You also have to give them your sending IP to accept connections to.

Getting both firewalls to talk to each other was a pain but cool app.

Is there any config to be done on the actual BES sever ???? I have the Bloomberg running on a seperate box to BES by teh way.

We just installed Bloomberg MDS, you have to register it with Bloombers, have port 6464 opened on your firewall and send bloomberg your internet ip address, so they can add it to their proxy.

Also you will need to run the startmds in the \BloombergMDS folder.

I an also in the process of sending the icons wirelessly, anyone have luck?
