the handheld OS ? As in the 4.2 ? Because the phone hasnt actually updated to 4.5 its still 4.2

The desktop software v4.5 and the phone software is now downloading from the two sites.

I am installing it now. Its taking a while to backup but the instructions said it may, so im leaving it to do its stuff.

It has stayed on one screen part of the wireless application modules or something like that. 'operrate' is what its working on ?

Is this normal ?

Right, after restarting the install process it has worked !!

Although I thought HTML email support was part of the update, this doesn't seem to be the case on my pearl, do I have to enable something ?
