I really like using a boom headset that only comes with a 2.5mm plug. I have bought several different 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapters and some work and some don't. I imagine it has to do with whether or not it is stereo on either the male or female ends.

Does anyone know of a source for adapters that will work with a 9630?

I have seen some that are advertised for a Bold or other phones but I am not sure if they are configured the same as for a Tour.

The ones I have bought at Radio Shack do not work with the microphone but do work with the earpiece.

Can someone enlighten me?

I bought on at the Verizon store. None worked before that.
It's a full stereo conversion.
