i have been trying to get the mp3 tones on blackberry 8700c for about 2 days and no luck. the mp3 will load and the player will appear but no audio i tried to save the file and use it as a tone but still no audio. any help?

There could be several reasons, file to large, not correctly formatted or other reasons. are you using the internet browser to try the download and not the WAP Browser.

i tried the internet browser and the files range from 95 kb to 108kb...the files are mp3 at 48kbs for quality and 48000hz....sumthin im doing wrong?

These sound about right from what I remember. Except the docs say they have to be Mono, and that prevented my first attempt as I hadn't figured out how to save as mono. Have you tried a Cold Re-Boot (battrey out, wait 15 - 30 secs, battery in). That might help, but not sure.
