I have a lot of custom ringtones and since I installed the new OS they've been playing at strange times. One will play everytime a call ends whether I hung up or someone else hung up on me. Or I'll get a text message and the ringtone I've specified for that certain person will play but then it will be followed by some other ringtone. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

First thing, try a battery pull with the device powered on.

If the hard reset (pulling the battery) doesn't work
probably is corruption in device software

Make a backup of device and do Device software reload
open
www.blackberry.com/btsc
in search type KB11320
it will show up first on list
