Custom Ringtones AND Free Downloads from BB site

Question 1: I have Custom Ringtones for a couple of people in my address book...
However, whenever they call me, my normal ringtone goes off.
WHY? Do I have a way of correcting this?
Question 2: I noticed on the BB Owner's Lounge website, there are a couple of downloads available for free:
Soduku
Disco Bowling
Some checkers game
When I try to download it to my phone, I get an error message and it won't take.
Do I have to download it to my PC then connect my phone to the computer?
