When we move messages from mailbox to pst folder, does the blackberry delete those message or just keeps them on the phone

You need to have 'Hard Deletes Reconciliation' enabled on the BES.

In BlackBerry Manager, set:
Server > Edit Properties > Messaging > Hard Deletes Reconciliation = True

Restart BES.

Any changes that need to be done on the handheld............
When i delete messages from my outlook or move them from inbox to another pst folder, these message dont get deleted in blackberry
