Hi all I have a BlackBerry Curve 8310 everything is working properly my emails get pushed to me as well as my facebook for BlackBerry works fine. The problem that I have is that my phone all of a sudden it starts hanging (showing that hour glass thing) and there is nothing that I can do to the phone. It usually happens when iam surfing the web; saving a picture after I snapped it. It also happened to me twice when a call was coming in I couldn't even answer the call even if I pressed the answer button. So I would like to be assisted with this problem someone please assist me I love my BlackBerry but this is really not on. So what I usually do is to remove the batterry then restart the phone is that recomended or I am doing it wrong. Please someone assist me thank you Jazzyl

You should try a battery pull, free up some space, reload OS.
In that order

also, get yourself a memory card for all of your media, especially if you take lots of pictures and use the BB for music.

Sci-Tek gave you a great link. follow it and you should be fine. Welcome to the boards!!!
