User getting emails from two users

Hello,
I have a user who is receiving both her and another users company email on her BlackBerry. The user isnt receiving the 2nd users emails in Groupwise, only her BlackBerry. The 2nd user is receiving her own email normally but the first user is receiving both. I asked if she was using BIS, she said no. She has never met or known the other person so a forwarding approach seems unlikely, although possible still. I have tried reactivating both users and may try to wipe and reactivate both users soon. I have checked the logs and have tried googling and doing research but I have run out of ideas.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
