Default LED indicator

Please Login to Remove!

When I get sms my phone's LED keeps blinking RED until I check the sms. Is there a setting that will do the same thing for Missed calls?? basically I want the LED to keep blinking until I check the call that I missed, it will be better than waking the device every time to see if I missed someone's call.

Thanks in advance

BerryBuzz works great, as well as BBAlerts if i'm not mistaken? I'm using a full version of BerryBuzz and it's a really good app.

Any problem you faced with BerryBuzz in terms of system freeze or fast battery drain

Thanks sukmano and codudette for you reply

I was just looking for the same thing. BTW, is it possible to set LED colours? I would like the orange colour for missed text and phone calls and the green one for e-mail messages.

i've been using berrybuzz, and i haven't had any problems so far.

To answer your questions: You can set BerryBuzz alerts for the following:

-Emails (a separate colour for each email account you have)
-SMS alerts
-Incoming Calls
-Missed Calls <- I find this most effective.
- Pin Messages
- Calender Alerts

The colours you have options for are:
Red
Green
Blue
Turqouise
Purple
Orange
Yellow
White

And Bright versions of the same colours.
You can set whatever colours you want.
I hope this was helpful.

What I don't like about it is it flashes too quickly and there sometimes are phantom notifications. It doesn't hook onto BBM either and once you open up the phone from standby it turns off the notification, rather than when you actually OPEN the message to kill it. Tried it with the trial period.

Not worth $5.95 to me right now, especially with the USD to CAD conversion.

you can do this without any extra apps, but you are limited to just the one color. If you go into call log->options->call logging and select "missed calls" and save, it will add an entry into your messages for each missed call. The light will continue to flash until you go into your messages folder and select the missed call (which will show you the number, date, and time of the call).

There is an alternative called Missing Light at $2.95. It does exactly what you are looking for.

MissingLight - Personal Productivity Blackberry Software
