Your missing Service Books in your blackberry, I had this issue before with my 950.

Do you have any backups of your unit? If you do, go to your restore menu in intelisync and click on advanced, then only select the service books to be restored on your blackberry.

Or. You can call your network providers blackberry division, and have them re-send all of your service books, tell them you accidentally deleted them, they wont care.

You're missing the service book. You need to login to your webclient interface and re-send yourself the service book (or cradle it and re-gen the encryption key if you're going through a BES, or using redirector)

In the end, you're missing a service book. You can try to go into Options -> network settings , click the scroll once, and select register now from the menu

edit: beaten by mere seconds :D

Actually, you can even resend your service books through BWC (Blackberry Web Client) the link to that depends on your carrier.

Do you have service on the unit? The webclient is your best bet, what operating system are you now running? I think I may be able to grab a backup from my old 950

www.rogers.com/blackberrysoftware

You can download the desktop manager there, as well as software for your RIM handheld.
