For some reason when i want to mess with my ring tones under "phone", there's no "count" limit option. So now when anyone tries to call me, my phone only rings once and that's it. However everything else like emails and sms has the count option where you can make it ring 1, 2, or 3 times. But for my phone I don't have this option anymore. Does anyone know how to get this option back?

Ok I'll give that a shot but I could've sworn that there used to be a count option for the phone. Am I imagining things or is there supposed to be a count option for the phone?

There's never been a count setting for phone profile on any blackberry I've owned.

Never.

The number of rings is controlled by the carrier.

Verizon (a CDMA carrier) likely will not change it for you.
