Default Removing App Sound type from Profiles

Please Login to Remove!

I installed BlackChat, then removed it after it would not work for me.

Now in my profiles - under each type - there is a sound setting for BlackChat - (Background) and (Foreground).

I have removed the app both on the desktop and on the BB, but they are still there.

Any ideas how to remove them from this list??

Make sure you remove all of the modules that install with Blackchat -- there is a notification module -- I think that one is causing the issue.

Scroll down to the module and press the scroll wheel. In the menu select "Delete". This should allow you to delete the unnecessary module. If this does not work, then try "DeleteModule" from klaust. klaust has created a Blackberry Screensaver and within this package he also delivers a small app for deleting unnecessary modules from your Blackberry. The app can be found here. But take care you don't delete modules you still need.

Also, even after deleting a module, it will still seem to be available for deletion within the delete-module...ignore this and exit out to the main screen. It should now be gone.

Thanks guy! I got it with the Delete Module utility!

Guess not everyone cleans up after themselves on the uninstall...this tool really comes in handy....there are about 5 orphaned modules I need to remove...
