There will be a version that supports chinese, but it won't be in the standard software since as you can see with 3.7.1 and 3.7.3 there is a significant amount of memory used up to add the chinese support.

Understand that even if 3.7.3 supports chinese, if your service provider don't, your handheld will not work!
