Greetings,

So let me explain first. The phone itself works perfectly fine and turns on. Here's the issue. The phone says "off" in the top right corner where there would be a signal. I held the lock button down and that turns it off. I did that, it turned off off and I held it down again and it turned the phone itself on, but it still indicates in the top right that the service is off…like where the bars would be telling me how much service I have – there are no bars it just says off.


Any help on where to turn this on?

Welcome to BB Forums.

That means the radio is turned off.

Find the "Manage Connections" icon - turn on the Mobile Network connection and that should do it.
