Hi, dear please tell me how to install 10.1 OS in BB Z10 in order to operate Skype

- Connect your Z10 to your computer, BlackBerry Link should start automatically. If it does not, then open up Link with your device connected to your computer.

- Click the settings icon (in Link) and make sure Auto check for Link and OS updates is checked.

If your carrier has an update, it should be available if you follow those steps.

if the carrier has not got any update yet how can you upgrade ?

Find a leaked version (google it).
Back up all data BEFORE you install the leaked, unsupported OS.

Method 1: Get a SIM card for another carrier and try it

Method 2: Google "Leaked Z10 OS" and see what you get.
Locate and download the leak for your model (-1, -2, -3, -4)
Make sure that you have a GOOD backup made of your Z10 as the leak install process wipes everything - data, apps, everything out.
Proceed at your own risk.
