I get an error when trying to backup my Blackberry using the Desktop Manager Backup function. I upgraded to RepliGo v2 and this is when this error occurred. It goes through the process and then fails when trying to backup RepliGo's data. I receive a message something like "Unabel to Recognize RepliGo Data". Then the program closes and the Backup file is never completed. I need my Backup file. Please advise if there's a solution.
