Hey there i bought a blackberry tour right when it came out about a year ago, and i de activated it awhile ago and now I have a new phone however I would like to switch back to my blackberry with my new sim card however I do not have the MEP for this previously activated blackberry. however I do have the sim card that was with it before and the phone starts up fine without any security questions just the phone cant do anything... so what im asking is, is there a way to view your MEP code on your blackberry that the provider made the the salesmen type in.

No, you must get the MEP unlocking code from the carrier which is branded on the device, or from an unlocking service like HorizonWirelessOnline.com, I'd recommend them since they are a sponsor of this forum and have a good reputation for quick turnaround.
