Default Copying icon arragenement to different themes

Please Login to Remove!

Yep, title pretty much says it all - my Bold 9000 is setting the icon arrangement back to the default settings upon changinginstead of just keeping the one from my current theme. Using the "old theme" is showing the "custom" arrangement again. How can I copy the settings over to the new theme without arranging everything again?

You need to customize your icon arraingment once for each theme you have onboard. Once they are all set the way you want them, you should be able to switch between themes and keep the customized settings.

The OP didn't say "charging" he said "changing".

Wirelessly posted (always online)

Well, not quite satisfying - I mean, even my 5 year old Nokia is keeping the icon arrangement. :/ Thanks anyway!

Then trade your BB in on a 5 year old Nokia that does everything you want it to do.

Theme designers can add/remove/move icons as they see fit. How would that ever be reconciled from one theme to another?

No at all. I was just laying out your options, and giving you an idea why it works the way it does.

You can accept it or not. But it is the way it is.
