Ascendo Money 3.2 Sync error

I recently upgraded from 2.x to 3.2 of Ascendo money. I can not sync with the new desktop app ver 3.2. I read that there was issue with v 3.1.x but i have 3.2 and have not been able to find a solution. I have tried numerous reinstalls on the handheld (8100) and the PC with no success. Anyone have a solution?

PS i will install the newest OS .108 tonight and see if that does anything. I am running the 4.5.0.55 OS at the moment.
