Ummmm ... thats like me saying that my computer sucks because i'm not running VISTA. In reality, I can get the same features as you ... if I installed VISTA.

The 8130 has the 4.3 OS on it, the OS that is rumored to come out for the other BlackBerries this year. You can tell this because media has the voice recorder in it, which was seen in a 4.3 preview a while ago on Boy Genius, as well as the updated display of your message, with a slight graphic border separating header from message. The contacts display will also have this border to make it more appealing instead of just pure text.

I am waiting to see if the AT&T 8310 has the 4.3 OS on it as well. There was a rumor that it would.

Pearl 2 just has the OS before everyone else gets their update ... thats it.

Yeah ... lol I apologize I jumped the gun. I guess it is good that they finally get something before everyone else. I am used to VZW being 6 months behind or more from everyone else. This release of the Pearl 2 before everyone was definitely a surprise. I don't think this is a new trend for them though, VZW still sucks, still behind everyone else, and still removes choices from all of their phones by crippling every smartphone they release. Oh well ....
