Hi dc/dc

Are you able to guide me through how delete the social feeds from the desktop? I have looked on the internet but none of the suggestions help. Sorry I am not very good with phones or computers.

Thanks for all your help so far.

I'd love to, but I no longer use BlackBerry, and the only ones I still have are older. Usually, when you connect a device to a computer, you can choose to add or remove applications in the updates menu. I'd check there and see if you can remove it.

You should be able to remove Social Feeds when it is connected to your PC. Using the DM.

really weird. put battery in and all my data is gone (like it's restored to factory settings). I plugged it into the Mac and if I look in 'finder' and click 'Blackberry' it's got all my stuff. How do I transfer it into DM? Any ideas??

Exclamation Re: Nuked (Rebooting) BlackBerry? Here is your Fix!

Help - my BlackBerry was working fine and all of a sudden went black. When I pull the battery the restart bar on the screen goes half way and stops. I've tried using app loader but it says I have a fatal error. My BB was new in November (9900) and I love it but it's taken me all day and I'm still nowhere in fixing it. Desktop manager also doesn't help - it will not connect then connects and when I ask for a repair says there are no software updates available.
