Default Cannot start Blackberry Mail Store Service

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

One of our customer sites had a broadband outage over the weekend. Once the broadband was reestablished, it seemed that the blackberry server was not working.

I checked the services and there is one service that will not start and that is the Blackberry Mail Store service. When I try and start the service, I get the following error.

"Windows could not start the Blackberry Mail Store Service on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 5406"

All blackberry services are using the DOMAIN\besadmin user to 'Log on as' but I just don't know why it will not start.

In the windows eventlog it states

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: BlackBerry Mail Store Service [ComputerName]
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20000
Date: 12/10/2010
Time: 14:09:48
User: N/A
Computer: BX2XP3J
Description:
MailStoreExchange::Initialize - Failed in CopyProfile BesAdmin to profile BesAdmin_MailStoreProfile, result=0x8004010f.

We are running Windows 2003 SBS with Exchange 2003 and Blackberry Express server.

Many thanks,

Luke
