Did anybody manage to use the Wireless OS upgrade in BES 5.0?
If I install a blackberry OS version on the BES , all I get is a wired option.
Tnx for any advice.

What version are you trying to use on BES?
Is it sanctioned by the carrier?

Several devices (mainly Bold, Curve and Storm) with for example 4.2, 4.5 and 4.6
OS installed on BES is from provided by carrier to 5.0 beta for Bold.

In the mean time i´ve seen a version 4.6 available for the Storm. Which seems like only the carrier is able to provide a wireless upgrade ?

We recently asked a similar question of RIM and one of the techs sent us an email with the following KB links: KB15631; KB15626; KB15635. The device software has to be 4.5 and above. Hope this helps.
