Handango has a new garmin GPS software I downloaded to my 8703e. when I try to use it I get an error that says javax.microedition.media.player not found. Any ideas?

I believe the media player classes are only in OS 4.2 and above -- Since you have a 8703e, you're out of luck until 4.2 is released for it.

Well, most of the OS's are available, unfortunately my provider US Cellular isn't one of them.

you can load the vzw 4.2 with out any issues just delete the vendor xml file

I went to verizon's wb site, you have to enter a phone number justt o download the software, how do I get around that?
