I'm new to this thing and as with most questions, i'm sure it's propably allready been asked here and elswhere, but i'm curious as to how i might could upload pictures to my blackberry via usb (i don't have a "data" service).

This might be a dumb question, but is there anyway that a picture could be uploaded to the blackberry as an "attachment" to a "task" or calander item? I tried it on lotus and it didn't work... trying to figure out if there is any way possible to do this... I'd love to get a picture of my kids on here because people ask me all the time to see them...this would be very convienient.

It seems like that attachment thing should work...???

Incorrect, I use GTPhoto from Greentech Mobile: www.greentechmobile.com/gtphoto and it works like a charm to tranfer photos from my PC to BB via USB.

I advise Ascendo Photos. I think it is best photos app for blackberry now

I downloaded the trial version and i can't seem to do anything with it. it seems like it will noyt communicate properly with device...what is the trial supposed to do?

I tried Ascendo Photos and GT Photos. Both of them have trial versions on Handango so they are easy to test. Ascendo Photos has way more cool features, hands down winner!
