Question Tmobile Down??

ok so yesterday my BB stopped working. and it sitll is not working today. i have no email, no calling, no internet, and no apps does anyone know if its just me or if other people are having the same problem. thanks.

It might help if you posted your geographic area, because we know there is no nationwide Tmobile outage or there would many more people asking.

Meanwhile, you might do a powered on battery pull.

or Options > Advanced > HRT > Menu key > Register.

if still nothing, resend your service books from the BIS login account.

Blackberry Messenger is spotty here in Chicago. Don't know if it is a TMO problem as I am BBMing with a Sprint friend right now and messages are arriving out of order for both of us.

this sunday morning, for a brief period, T-Mo here in the Detroit area, seemed to be down (BIS wasn't connecting)... works fine now... dunno if my device or was a brief network hiccup...

Chicago here- 10 out of 50 users affected by what T-Mobile described as a Blackberry Global data services issue.

No contact from these users since midnight 1/27

I have tried all troubleshooting tools on 2 devices which prompted me to contact T-Mobile regarding this
