Can the "lookup" function retrieve the smartphone current mobile number from the BES SQL configuration database (granted, if mobile number displays in the BlackBerry Manager) like it does the PIN number? I understand that the xxx8220;lookupxxx8221; function queries the AD/Exchange properties for the user and displays the info currently entered (usually manually entered) , however, the current SIM mobile number is not synchxxx8217;d with the BES SQL configuration database to AD/Exchange.

Is this not an option as the mobile number does not always display in the BB Manager?

ANY information or suggestions on this feature would be much appreciated!!!
