At home in my pocket, when I'm out on the horizontal pouch on my belt (I'm just so used to having it on my belt that I feel like I've lost it if it's not there), at work on my desk, when on business trips:

I bought a small, soft pouch / bag that i have tied to the metal part on my laptop case... the hinge part where the strap hooks onto the case. then stuff the BB into the bag and the bag into my front large pocket of the laptop case.
Easy access, I can hear it if it rings and it doesn't get in the way =P

When I wear pants its attached at the waist. If I'm at home it is laying on the bar. My biggest problem is when I wear dresses at work. If I carry it in my hand I forget and lay it down somewhere and then panic when I miss it. Do ya know how hard it is to find dresses with pockets???? I know there has to be other BB users who would be interested in some fashionable shoulder cases!!!

I see there are a lot of people sticking them in their pants??? Interesting when it vibrates....Hmmm....
I keep it on my desk at work, on the coffee table at home, in the cup holder in the car and in my purse otherwise.

99% of the time mine is in my hands :[ whenever i go out i cannot seem to put it away because every 2 seconds i just have to take it out to answer a text message. but when i know that no one will be contacting me it's usually in a specific pocket in my purse where no one can stratch him :(

If it's not on my belt (or pants if no belt required), I'm more than likely holding it in my hands.
On weekends, I've been known to hide it in the cargo pockets of my shorts.

Mine is usually in my hand. On the rare occasions I have decided to let it rest, it is on my nightstand or on my desk at work charging in it's little cradle. On the go, I just hit the lock and throw it in my purse or a pocket if I have a pocket large enough. I would never consider actually wearing it.

I am usually always wearing baggy pj pants around the house. You know, the ones they sell in the mens section of walmart? Scooby-Doo, Tony the Tiger, Fruit Loops, etc. They are the most comfortable. I work from home most of the time so that is my uniform choice.
I found that if I slipped it into my pockets it would practically pull my pants down. So I just end up slipping it with a case on the front side, or whatever else.
Definitely works.
I am very surprised to see the people who clip it to their belt is in the minority.

No Belt???
A belt to me is like a towel to the hitchhiker's guide. It stays on my belt just behind my trusty Nokia 6820(The uppers at work won't turn on my cell service, so I still carry a personal Cell) and opposite my Gerber Tool (surely everyone else is prepared for the apocalypse at all times as well?). The only exception to this rule is after 8 whilst hanging around the house. Typically, It sits next to me on the couch watching the tivo. Or wanders with me clipped to my PJs.

Cell phone clipped inside right leg pocket, not cargo pocket just one on the side. I have no fashion knowledge as to what to call it.
BB horizontal on belt.
In car both clipped to visor. I am hard hearing so i need it close to my head when it goes off so I know since my hearing makes me turn radio up.

LOL
I'm with Scarlett, though, I need a shoulder strap purse-type case. When I carried my 7105 I had a wrist strap and that was great. Now I have 8700 and it doesn't have the wrist strap hook. But I keep searching for a new case.

When I'm outside, I throw it inside my front pocket naked.
When at work, it's on my desk.
When I'm home, I clip it on my boxers.
