Lately, I am having a problem with my recent emails deleting by themselves after a day or so. All my emails prior to July 9th remain, but all new ones delete within a day. I have my settings to keep emails for 60 days...but that is not happening. I know I am not accidently erasing them. Something is up!! Anyone have any thoughts???

It's probably a space issue on your device. I've seen this a few times here. Check your database sizes...

Are you talking about emails or SMS/text messages being erased?

I don't see this as a free space issue. I really only have one aftermarket program, plus 1 theme. It shows I have plenty of free space. This is regarding my emails. I have the dimension zen theme, so my emails and sms messages are seperate. This issue is only regarding my emails. It just happened again today...I only have emails from today on there...all else are gone again! Yikes!! Is there another way to reset the BB besides from just pulling the battery...and if so, will I lose my zen theme...which I definitely don't want to have to install again! Thanks in advance...again!

Pulling the battery won't erase your Zen theme, or any program.

Are you still using the 7130 as stated in your profile? Have you checked your date and time? Make sure it's all correct, including the year, etc. Occasionally, I have seen the clocks get reset for no reason and that will make all your email disappear.

If you're using a newer device, like the 8830, it's likely a free memory issue. how much free memory do you have? Options >Status.
