I am using an unlcoked Verizon on MTN Nigeria i am wondering if i can also update my 9550 and what have you guys experienced from the update. Started updating the other day via DM downloading directly from the BB site but it was taking too long and i cancelled it beleived it hooked what can you suggest to me about updating the phone. Can i still go ahead and update through DM?

well i upgraded yesterday its all fine but I the keypad disappears in the BBM chat groups i cannot see it. How can i get to to show in BB groups. Thank you.

And another question is if i want to downgrade how do i do that to the .607 version. Thanks

I had a lot of trouble with the upgrade on my 9550. Especially in the phone application. Also, erratic operation of the touch screen. Verizon tech rep talked me thru the dropdown to .607. The glitches seem to be gone, but the process has created several other problems in other programs that weren't there before. Overall I am not happy, and will be very reluctant to upgrade again without getting some input from others.

I have a issue with the calls, when I dial any number, the OS shows a pop-up with the message "Call fowarding. Conditional" is very weird because I search the menú for disable this option, this option is not there.

This is the path

Main Menu > Options >Phone options > Call Forwarding (not there in any menu of the phone)

How do I disable this feature?

There's any issue with unlock phones with the BIS connection ? the browser is very slow to open any page, i'm not sure if is the network or the SIM card or th phone
