Hi, I just bought a BlackBerry bold 9700 2 days ago.

This is a very annoying problem. When I "click" the "Contacts" button on the main screen, it simply freezes and nothing loads. Then I have to click the red, hangup button for it to come back.

Umm... how do I fix this?

Update: I put in a new SIM card, and was able to access my contacts because I had copied the contacts to my phone before it stopped working.

Now I swapped to a NEW SIM CARD and I got the error "SIM not provisioned:2"

Now what!? Ugh!
