Default Blackberry Connect for HTC Herald

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know which version or knows where I can get the BB connect for the HTC Herald? I downloaded the one for the tytn and I can install the software, but it doesn't spit out a pin for me and thus I can't register it on the network.

How about this...you send me your Herald and I will send you the Pearl I just got. I will try to get BB Connect working on the Herald and if it doesn't work I will let you keep the Pearl...I'll just keep the Herald. I don't think my TyTN will mind a buddy...

I am guessing you are not getting either a PIN nor an IP Address to show up...is that right?

Yeah that's right. No PIN......I'm not sure why although I read on the Cingular 8525 that someone else has this problem.

Thanks for the offer, but I've already got the pearl Great device, but the Herald is pretty sweet. It's a more refined version of the Tytn. I also had the tytn, but found it to be not well made. The keyboard and the back cover on the tytn are terrible. The Herald has a nice feel and is as fast as the Tytn IMO for general purpose things.

I like the Herald...there have been some that were not as well made as others though. I have seen that myself. I am enjoying the BB Connect software being on it so much that I am very hesitant to switch to anything else.

Check around on xda-developers.com forums to see if there is information about BB Connect...
