My daughter was very excited to get a Blackberry Pearl but she is having problems seeing all of the icons. Her vision is barely correctable with glasses, so something like 12 font to us would need to be 16+ font to her.
I've looked at a bunch of great themes but I have not found one with very large icons. Something like a 3x3 grid that uses the entire screen would be much more useable.
Has anyone come across such a theme?

The Icon version themes would probably work best for your daughter considering those icons are the largest.

Just FYI - starting with OS 4.6 (Bold and later devices), there is an Accessibility option under Advanced Options which allows you to adjust the Home Screen Grid layout from the default to 4x4, 3x3, 2x2 or 1x1 (icons across), and adjust the color contrast to Reverse or Greyscale.
