Default Auto BCC sending multiple emails

Please Login to Remove!

I use the Auto BCC feature to send my replies to my exchange server so I can keep track of them...obviously. Usually this works fine, no problems. However, today a number of emails were sent two or three times. I even checked with the receipents and they said they received the email a number of times too.

Any explanation?

thanks,

So you're using the BWC and then BCC to another email addy on an exchange server?

I have seen this once or twice where BWC hiccups - if it continues I would make a service call to the carrier otherwise forget about it. It's one of those things.

I actually have all my mail redirected to my blackberry because BWC only looks at the inbox and that doesn't work for me. When I reply to email I have it sent to my normal email at work which I have a rule set up to redirect it to the sent folder on my exchange server. It all worked great but today some people got up to 8 replies.

I resent the service book and we will see if that works. My BB stopped giving me the option to reconcile email. After the service book it seems to be ok. Time will tell.

Default Auto BCC feature

BoyWunder - I saw you are referring to an auto BCC feature. Does that mean that you are automatically bcc'd on every email you send from your desktop or Blackberry?

I am trying to set my BB up such that I will be automatically bcc'd on all emails I send. Would you know how to do that?

Thank you in advance for your help.
