I have a 7733 that shows unopened emails in the upper left hand corner. I shows a one unopened even though I have no unopened emails. How can I correct this problem? Was the email shift deleted in Outlook?

Do you have an unread email that got put in the saved folder? Had that happen to my users before, accidentally hit save and it will still show as unread

Also try press the U it bring you to the next unread message.
