I am trying to sync the tasks on outlook with those on the blackberry. I am using a BES but it won't sync. In the settings in the tasks it is set to sync and everything else (email, calander, and contacts) are syncing.

Is this just one user (i.e. others are syncing tasks OK) or all users?

One place to look is in today's MAGT logfile on the BES below the BES "logs" directory. Are there any errors listed in there related to tasks?

I am having trouble finding the logfile could you please explain how to get to it or were the BES "logs" directory is?
