When I fist got my Storm I set the ring tone using the "Set Ring Tones/Alerts" menu item, but now I can't access the same menu. When I highlight and click, nothing happens. I can access the "Set Contact Alerts" menu and change the volume settings, but I also can't add any Custom Profiles. What gives? Has anyone else had this problem?
I've rebooted with no effect.

What OS are you running? Have you recently made any changes or added any software? Will need more information to help.
