Hi, this is my first Blackberry, so I'm new to this! I set it up to receive my Verizon email and for the first few weeks the emails went to both my Outlook 2003 and my Blackberry, regardless of whether Outlook was open or not. Now the emails are only going to the Blackberry if Outlook is closed. I don't *think* I changed any settings. I would prefer to have the emails go to both all the time - that way if I accidentally leave Outlook open I still get my emails. Can anyone help me out here?

Did you install redirector? I think you have to have Outlook open to send the emails out to your BB if you are using Redirector.
