MSN Messenger and Curve 8330

on my Curve 8330 when i goto download MSN Messeger from the blackbarry site i get the following message:

" Sorry, your device dose not meet the system requiements that are needed to support Windows Live Messenger "

Any Help would be awesome...

That is because your operator had not contracted with RIM the corresponding service books for the MSN.

you can purchase 3rd party applications such as jivetalk or IM+ for use with IM clients like MSN Messenger, AIM, ICQ, etc...

I was never able to download MSN Messenger on my device nor AIM. As a result, I purchsed the Jive Talk product and it has worked very well for me.

I never liked the idea of multiple apps, hence the use of IM+. Now if Trillian were to jump on the BlackBerry scene, goodbye IM+.

Another vote for JiveTalk. Probably the best $30 I spent on my Blackberry.
