This has probably been talked about a million times and I will apologize in advance but I'm going to ask anyhow.

I have a 8100 through T Mobile and Im well frankly pissed. They seem to be the only carrier that hasn't upgraded to os 4.5 I still have 4.2 I read things hear and there and I may be pretty dumb when it comes to this stuff but I know you can get it. I was wondering if there was some brainy blackberry genius out there that could help me.

Is there a way to get it?

Sorry for bugging those that are sitting there rolling there eyes. I'm just reaching out for a little help or do I really have to wait for T-mobile to get there heads on straight and come out with it cause I'm telling you I'll be having dinner with bigfoot before that happens.

You can use any carrier's OS, as long as it it for your specific model, i.e you need an OS for the 8100, not 8120, 8130, etc.

Take a look at the sticky in the 8100 section and follow the instructions. Make a backup first. Be patient, it takes a while. And delete the vendor.xml file.
